We're happy to return or exchange apparel within 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn in the same condition that you received it. Once the item is received a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

For exchange please email us at alisononyx@gmail.com. Include what you are returning and the product(s) and size(s) you would like to exchange for. 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $75 we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after hearing from us check your bank account again in a few days. It can take a few days for a refund to be processed. If after one week a refund is not received please contact us again at alisononyx@gmail.com
